Gypsy Dreamer

Gypsy, a young bride, barefoot & free
Enjoyed her blessings fluttering on wing
Her historical home shaded by many a tree
Vines climbing, hair flowing, prompted to sing

Gospel was her calling from heart
Stirring her soul encouraging Cindy, a friend
Inspiring her to battle Scleroderma's dart
Which crippled & ravaged her to no end.

People were afraid of her illness
Tending to brow beat her with cruel jabs
Never being kind or helpful in their stillness
But scoffing at her symptoms of suffering stabs

But, Gypsy prayed for the offenders
Soothing Cindy by serving her needs
Sharing the love of God & Son our defenders
By teaching from the Bible __ good seeds.
